ProjectEQ is a library of system equity plans designed to provide ideas, discussion and support to assist all schools and school systems in pursuit of ensuring equitable educational opportunities for all their students. To view published plans simply click on the Published Plans left hand side of the page. There are small print icons at the top of each rubric section for printing individual sections or the large print icon at the bottom of the plan will print the entire plan.

To search for particular plans you can use the Find Plan search field to the left of the Published Plans page. The power search tab will allow you to further refine your query by a number of key filters. Click on the system name to view the whole plan or use the magnifying glass icon to view a brief system summary. Clicking on the Click for Summary link will display the initial rubric section that met your search criteria. The small print icon is also available here in the top right corner of the summary.

To add any thoughts, suggestions or questions to a particular equity plan you must register an account. This can be done by clicking on the Sign Up link at the top right of the page. Once you are logged in you can post your questions and comments in the Post Your Comments field located at the bottom of each plan’s page. You will receive an email notification when a response or additional inquiry has been made to an equity plan you have commented on.

To submit your school system’s equity plan on ProjectEQ you will need to first register an account by clicking the Sign Up link at the top right of the page and complete the form. Once you are logged in, you can submit your equity plan by clicking the Add Plan link at the left hand side of the page and filling out the rubric. All sections must be completed in their entirety but you can save your work at any time and return to it by logging in later. Each response is limited to 5,000 characters and using the next/previous buttons will save your work while moving between tabs. For additional guidance or to check on your progress, the Info Tab provides a Show and Hide link for each rubric’s directions and the red circle to the left will change to a green checkmark when the section is complete. For any additional assistance, please contact your Title IIA Consultant. Once you have completed the rubric and rated all the requisite sections you can submit your equity plan for review by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the Info tab.
